Indigenous Choreographers Residency 2012
Jack Gray • Rulan Tangen • Tanya Lukin Linklater
Please join us to welcome this year’s second set of “Indigenous Scholars in Residence,” choreographers Jack Gray and Rulan Tangen, to UC Riverside and to the Culver Center of the Arts, where they will participate in a Culver Arts Research Lab (CARL) residency during part of April.
Jack Gray is an independent freelance dance artist based in Auckland, New Zealand. He is currently a choreographer and dancer with Atamira Dance Company: Maori Contemporary Dance Theatre which he founded in 2000 and director of Jack Gray Dance
Rulan Tangen is internationally accomplished dance artist and choreographer, and Founding Artistic Director and choreographer of DANCING EARTH Indigenous Contemporary Dance Creations
