Lap Swim & Stay Fit Workouts   We offer a variety of waterproof workouts to meet individual needs and goals. This program allows you to swim your way into shape on your own time. See an SRC Aquatics Staff Member to get a waterproof workout for your next swim!

Adult Lap Swim & Stay Fit Class

Participants will receive stroke improvement drills and instruction on the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Our goals are comfort with each stroke as well as improved endurance. Participants may attend as many or few classes as they prefer.

M/W – Coached Technique 12 Noon-1:00pm & Independent Practice 1:00pm-2:00pm
Tu/Th – Coached Distance Workout 12 Noon-1:30pm
Fri – Independent Workout 12 Noon-2:00pm

SRC Members Free, Non-Members $60
