Meeting Dates & Deadlines

New courses for any/all three quarters to appear in the 2026-2027 General Catalog must be submitted by Thursday, January 15, 2026. For specific term submittal deadlines, see Upcoming Deadlines – Course Request System. Courses will be prioritized by the Courses Office to ensure a timely process by Senate Committees and inclusion in the General Catalog.

  • A course that needs approval before enrollment begins for Winter 2026
  • Fall Division Meeting Agenda deadline

All agenda items due: October 1, 2025

Executive Committee Meeting: November 19, 2025
  • A course that needs approval before instruction begins for Winter 2026

All agenda items due: November 12, 2025
