Meeting Dates & Deadlines

New courses for any/all three quarters to appear in the 2027-2028 General Catalog must be submitted by Friday, January 15, 2027. For specific term submittal deadlines, see Upcoming Deadlines – Course Request System. Courses will be prioritized by the Courses Office to ensure a timely process by Senate Committees and inclusion in the General Catalog.

  • A course that affects the Winter 2027 Schedule of Classes
  • A course that needs approval before enrollment begins for Winter 2027
  • Fall Division Meeting Agenda deadline

All agenda items due: September 23, 2026

Executive Committee Meeting: November 18, 2026

  • A course that needs approval before instruction begins for Winter 2027

All agenda items due: November 11, 2026

 

Executive Committee Meeting: December 9, 2026

  • A course that affects the Spring 2027 Schedule of Classes
  • Summer Session 2027 Catalog
  • Winter Division Meeting Agenda deadline
