Welcome to CHASS, new graduate students!

We are so thrilled that you have decided to call the University of California at Riverside and the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences your “home” for the duration of your graduate studies!

To properly welcome you to the newest cohort of graduate students, CHASS would like to invite you to an orientation and welcome event. This day-long event will include a Deans’ Welcome, an introduction to resources within the Graduate Division, as well as Meet & Greets with departments, programs, staff, faculty, and current graduate students. Lunch will be provided and a Closing Remarks Reception will be held at The Barn.

The 2024 Incoming Graduate Student Welcome will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
