College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences
CHASS: State of the College 2025
We take this opportunity to celebrate our milestones and look to the future of CHASS. The 2025 State of the College event was held in person and recorded on November 5 at The Barn. The presentation featured live music by Deonna Pope, a CHASS graduate student studying ethnomusicology, and words by CHASS Dean Daryle Williams, including a college overview, spotlights on CHASS people, budget and enrollment information. The Dean provided special attention to the alignment of Chancellor S. Jack Hu’s priorities on student success, research and innovation, and community engagement with our ongoing education and research across the humanities, arts, and social sciences.
